  • Property Information: If you are an Agent or Owner, we collect the details you provide regarding your PG, including addresses, pricing, images, and facilities.
  • Reviews and Ratings: When you leave a review for a property, we collect the data submitted to display publicly on the listing.

2. How We Use Information

We use, store, and process information, including personal information, to provide, understand, improve, and develop the PGForMe Platform.

  • Enable you to access and use the Platform.
  • Enable you to communicate with PG Owners and schedule visits.
  • Operate, protect, improve, and optimize the Platform experience.
  • Send you service or support messages, updates, and security alerts.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data in the following circumstances:

  • With PG Owners: When you submit an inquiry or schedule a visit, we share your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Visit Date with the respective PG Owner to facilitate the connection.
  • Public Profiles and Listings: If you are a PG Agent, your PG listings, including location and provided contact mechanisms, are publicly visible to all internet users.
  • Compliance with Law: We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement, or governmental authorities if required to do so by law.

4. Your Rights

You may access and update some of your information through your Account settings. If you wish to delete your account or any reviews you have posted, you may contact our support team. PG Agents have full control to manage and delete their listings from their dashboard.

5. Security

We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. We use secure hashing protocols for passwords and session management for unique views.
