Rules and guidelines for using the PGForMe platform.

Welcome to PGForMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PGForMe governing your access to and use of the PGForMe website.

1. Scope of PGForMe Services

The PGForMe Platform is an online marketplace that enables registered users ("Agents" or "Owners") to publish their Paying Guest accommodations ("Listings") and communicate directly with end users seeking such accommodations.

As the provider of the PGForMe Platform, we do not own, create, sell, resell, provide, control, manage, offer, deliver, or supply any Listings. Owners alone are responsible for their Listings. When users make an agreement with an Owner, they are entering into a contract directly with each other. PGForMe is not a party to any contractual relationship between Users and Owners.

2. Modification of these Terms

PGForMe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

3. Agent and Owner Responsibilities

If you choose to use the PGForMe Platform as an Agent, your relationship with PGForMe is limited to being an independent, third-party contractor, and not an employee, agent, joint venturer or partner of PGForMe.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and Listing process.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Listing information up-to-date, including Rent Ranges, Facilities, and Availability.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, rules, regulations, or local ordinances applicable to your Listing.

4. User Reviews and Ratings

Guests can leave public reviews ("Reviews") and submit star ratings ("Ratings") about PGs. Ratings and Reviews reflect the opinions of individual Guests and do not reflect the opinion of PGForMe. Reviews are not verified by PGForMe for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading.

Owners are empowered to moderate Reviews via their Dashboard to maintain a respectful and relevant feedback environment.

5. Disclaimers

If you choose to use the PGForMe Platform, you do so voluntarily and at your sole risk. The PGForMe Platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold PGForMe harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform.
